* NOTE – morning classes are cancelled. We intend to open for the Noon and evening classes, check the member forum for the latest updates.

Strength
6 Rounds:
– Push Press, 3 reps, 95%
– Bulgarian Split Squat, 3 reps

MetCon:
7 Min AMRAP
– Row 500m
Then AMRAP with the remaining time:
– 8 Thrusters (50-60% of PP 1RM)
– 16 dumbbell hang power snatch (alternating hands each rep)
