– Push Press, 1 Rep, increasing weight, going for a MAX
– weighted Pistols, 3 reps

MetCon:
7 Min AMRAP
– 10 dumbbell push press
– 8 dumbbell Squats (Same)
– 6 Ring Rows (scale up with a box under your feet and/or use the false grip)
