Strength:
6 Rounds
– Front Squat, 5 reps, 75% (Or 5-10# heavier than last week)
– weighted strict pull-up, 3 reps

MetCon:
5 Rounds for time:
– 80′ Overhead plate carry (45/25)
– 10 power clean and jerk (~50 of 1RM PJ)
– 50 double unders
