– 20 Minutes

1 Min AMRAP
– 5 Strict Press (light, 40%)
– 6 Lateral Burpees over the bar
– 7 Pullups
Rest 1:00

* That’s work for 1 min, rest for 1 min, restarting each working minute where you left off.
