5 Min AMRAP:
– 3 rope climbs
– 16 DB Snatches (alternating hands each rep)
– 10 Burpees
Rest 2:00

* That’s 5 mins of work, 2 mins of rest, then restarting where you left off for another 5 minutes. Only record your total rounds + reps score.
