Skill:
– Spend 8 minutes working on Turkish Get-ups

Strength:
5 rounds:
– Push Press, 3 reps, increase weight each round to a challenging set
– single leg deadlift, 3 reps each leg, KB or DB

MetCon:
9 Min AMRAP
– 7 DB deadlifts
– 7 DB push press
– 30 Double Unders
* this are conventional 2 hand, 2 DB movements
