Schedule Reminder – Evening classes have shifted to 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM (Including Fridays)

Strength:
6 rounds:
– Front Squat, 1 Reps, increasing weight each round to a MAX.
– Strict weighted pullups, 3 reps

MetCon:
For time, Reps of 30 – 20 – 10
– DB Thrusters (35/20)
– Toes-to-bar
