Strength:
7 Rounds:
– Squat Clean, 2 reps, 60%-70%
– Strict handstand push-up (or progression), 3 reps

MetCon:
– Run 440m (around the block)
4 rounds for time:
– 10 back squats (40%-50% of 1RM, light, from the ground)
– 15 abmat sit-ups
– 30 Double Unders
cashout – Run 440m
