Strength Endurance:
9 Min EMOM
– squat snatch, 1 rep, 80-90%

MetCon:
5 rounds for time (scale to 4 rounds if you don’t think you can finish in 20 minutes)
– 4 Power snatch (65-75% of 1RM)
– 8 Power clean and push jerk (same weight)
– 10 Ring rows
– 12 Lateral Burpee over bar
– Rest 1 Min
