Strength:
7 Rounds:
– Squat Clean, 3 reps, 60%-70%
– Strict handstand push-up (or progression), 4 reps

MetCon:
8 Min AMRAP
– 1 wall ball (2,3,4,5….)
– 20′ farmers carry
– 1 toes-to-bar (2,3,4,5….)
– 20′ farmers carry

* Increase the rep count of the wallballs & TTB with each round.
