Strength:
5 Rounds:
– Back squat, 3 reps, increasing weight each round.
– Single Arm Ring Row, 5 reps each arm

MetCon:
4 rounds for time
– 12 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
– 16 box jump
* GOAL, If you finish before 7:00 – immediately row 30 cals / bike 22
