Core warmup:
– wall walks, focus on form, keep your core tight, take small steps all the way up AND down the wall. Avoid dragging your feet. Avoid shortcut big steps. Get as close as you can to the wall.
– 5 minutes

Skill:
7 min EMOM
– Squat clean, 2 reps, ~70%

MetCon:
“Elizabeth”
21-15-9 reps for time of
– Squat Cleans (135/95)
– Ring Dips
