Core Warmup:
– Practice L-sits on the rings

Strength:
7 Rounds:
– Deadlift, 1 rep, increasing weight to a MAX
– ring dips, or progression, 3 reps

MetCon:
3 Rounds for time:
– 10 deadlift (70% of your new 1RM)
– 50 Double unders

* exactly 1 minute after you finish, perform a cashout of 30 burpees, medium pace, NOT timed.
