– Wall-walks, holding the top position for 10 seconds

Strength Endurance:
8 Min EMOM
– Squat Clean, 6 reps, 30%-40%

MetCon:
– Row 800m (*Buy-in, once)
then 3 Rounds for time:
– 10 kettlebell swings Left
– 10 kettlebell swings Right
– 10 goblet squats
