Strength:
5 Rounds:
– Back Squat, 5 reps
– strict weighted pullups, 5 reps

MetCon:
4 rounds for time:
– back squat (40%, from the floor)
– 10 burpees over the bar
– Run 200m
– rest 1:00

Schedule Reminder:
– CLOSED Saturday & Sunday
– Monday, Murph at 9 AM, potluck to follow!
