Spartan SGX is a proven program designed to create a successful atmosphere of community driven fitness! You will learn: Stamina, Power, Empowerment, Athleticism, Readiness, Tenacity, Attitude, & Nutrition. We have fun moving heavy loads, running, climbing ropes, walls, crawling. This 12 week program will prepare you for your Spartan race! We have a mix of first timers and experienced racers in these classes, everyone will benefit from this structured program.
