    1. As soon as the requests come in, we’ll start a 5 PM class. We’re guessing that might be a few months away. A 10 class pass is $180. Come in for workout to meet us and check the place out!

    1. Each class takes 1 hour. There is no required minimum, however the average person typically goes 3-5 times a week. It’s based more on personal preference, and how you’re feeling.

      1. I second this. My work schedule is getting a little crazy. 7pm would be ok, but 7:30 or even 8pm would be ideal. I know, that’s really late for some people, but I guess since we’re making requests, there is mine.

  1. I did one month of CrossFit recently. Do I have to go through the Intro class or regular workout? Also, I only have 12pm available. What do you recommend? Thank you for your time.

  2. Hi I’m very interested in joining I work nights so I’m glad you have mornings I’m all for 3x but because of my.schedule is it ok to do like Mon,Wed,Fri type deal after I’m done with the intros…….

  3. Alex, I stopped by and spoke with you on Friday. As I mentioned, I haven’t had any Crossfit experience. We talked about me coming Monday AM to check out the class. I just read that NEW Crossfiter with no experience should come to an intro class, then sign up for an Instruction Course held Mon-Thur at 630am. Should I wait until Saturday for the intro class or can I just start the Intro Course tomorrow morning. What do you recommend?

    1. Jack, many people have successfully started CrossFit without being in shape. We do have personal training if that’s what you’re looking for. Come on by or call to learn about your options.

    I was wondering if you had a class at 7pm. I’ve been looking everywhere for a 7pm class because I get out of work at 5:30 so I can’t make it on time. Thanks!

    1. HI Lorena, we recently shifted our evening classes 30 minutes earlier to 5:30 & 6:30 PM for the summer. I anticipate we’ll shift back for the fall/winter. Can you make the 6:30 PM class?

  6. Hey gang, I’m looking to sign up for Noah Milstein’s Starting Strength M-W-F class, beginning Monday March 14th and ending Friday April 4th. Please let me know when I can sign up and how to. I’m interested in the 7-8:30 slot. Thanks so much!
