Who is this for?

This is for everyone. This class is open to all ages 16 – 65+. There is no requisite level of experience or ability; whether you are a D1 athlete, a desk jockey, or walker bound and osteoporotic.


Classes are 90 minutes long and meet 3 times a week. Each session is limited to a small number of members. You must commit to 1 month of training.


We are currently offering two class times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.

Fitness goals:

While you are doing this program, this should be your only program. You should be dedicated to this routine. You should not be doing CrossFit, or Marathon training, or anything else substantial. We know most people have specific individual goals, you should meet with a coach to understand if this program would help you, or of you’d like private one-on-one training that’s entirely focused on your development.

What to expect?

Each cycle consists of 12 sessions, spread across 4 weeks, for a total of 18 hours of near personal training. Expect to learn a lot and work very hard. It is strongly recommended to only do this program and not attempt to addend with CrossFit or any other protocol as that will merely inhibit your progress.

What to bring?

Bring a notebook, a pen or pencil, clothing you can move freely in, a cotton t-shirt (synthetic shirts and tank tops are not recommended), a water bottle. If you are an experienced lifter and have weightlifting shoes and a weight or power lifting belt bring those as well.

What if I’m already doing CrossFit?

Your CrossFit class membership here will be put on hold, this service is separate.


$315 per month. This covers 4 weeks / 12 sessions which are 90 minutes long.

This class is open to all, you do NOT need to be a current CrossFit member. This fee includes only strength training classes and does not include access to CrossFit classes.
