class schedule

Monday – Thursday: 6AM, 7:15AM, 9AM, 12PM, 4:45PM, 6PM, 7:15PM.
Friday: 6am, 7:15AM, 9AM, 12PM, 3:30PM, 4:45PM, 6PM
Saturday: 9AM Class. Open gym until noon
Sunday: Open gym 9AM-12PM

Our Class is where the magic happens. This is the main program at RBP. You will find a combination of weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and condition all together in a constantly varied program.
